30 September is our wedding anniversary…we married since 1997 very fast this years is our 10 years wedding Anniversary…:-) we know each other from 1993 and register married on 1994 ,custom married on 1997….10 over years we have up and down…..we really walk this journey together…since 2000 Andy boy came to our family and he also walk this journey with us ….this 2 years very very lucky and happy we know alot of friends and mentors from our team ,always hold our hand with us no matter we are up and down…and we know we are not alone in our life journey….

Yesterday we really enjoyed at our business partner Mr and Mrs Song house .They are very loving and caring couple as well as their children . they respect each other very much which is we need to learn from them ….Thank you we can have a great "makan " and "Karaoke" time with all of you….

Wish next years our wedding Anniversary we can celebrates with our recognition and we will work hard for it…:-) Tomorrow is Children day..i wish my son happy children day…you always so happy…simple meal, simple present from teacher you can smile whole day…i wish i can like you son..;-)

Yesterday morning go to attend this courses…learn alot regarding the right approach to weight management…and enhance and upgrade my knowledge and will share and help our friends and teams….thanks this Platform to help me alot…now i am not just know Professional make up,beauty and nail…now i have one more knowledge about the right approach weight management….so i am not just sharing with people ..it is very good for me to know how to take care my health too….

after the courses me and my partner very happy and show each other our cert and pin…and happy and proud to said that..we are a trainer ….:-)

中秋节快了…we celebrated 中秋 at Joanna house….

Last night around 10 plus I received a call …My mum failed down at kitchen. My brother and sister,Michael bring her to 24 hours Clinic near our house Bedok. Cos of Chinese 7 month last day ..My mum asked me don’t bring Andy boy go over so late. I was so worry don’t know how is the condition.

Michael called me at Clinic….He said mum is OK …blood stop and no dizzy already..Doctor asked her to stay about an hours at there clinic to monitor her blood pressure…and stop the blood.

Doctor said its OK ..don’t worry its because she is age of 70 plus that why weak…i was so worry untill whole night can not sleept well.

Later i  will be going over visit her….hopefully she is speedy recover….when she was young family poor so eat not enough good food and calcium…that why her bone not so strong.I gave her Bone formula since last years ….luckly never break her arm …

Wish my mum will be get those bad day over…..see my mum as my mirror …we started to take care our health ..especial woman after give birth will lose calcium….but am sure Phamanex product will help us….

                                          Yesterday Andy boy boy so happy ..he have a Birthday party to attend. His School Classmate from Brazil Lisa birthday. and they hold this party at Kallang McDonald…this place not bad ,have proper party room for kid as well as playroom too…..

Know her parents from school,they are very nice couple….and we know new friends there too…children enjoyed and adults also have our great time….we exchange our contact number and will meet up for TEH TARIK soon….:-)

Strange…they can understand my English hahaha……:-Pat first i told my hubby..DIED lah..all speak very fluent English leh….but at the end we can chat to each other ,joke with each other well….

The end…time for me going out to meet up with Michael Cousin and badminton friend…byeeeeeeee…..
